Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of ModelSaid. By using the service you accept the terms.

   About the service

   ModelSaid measures and monitors how your business is described by AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.

2. 02

   Important note on measurement

   We measure via the models' APIs, not the consumer apps directly. The results are a solid, comparable indication of your visibility, not a guaranteed copy of what each individual user sees.

   Use of the service

   You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is correct and that your use complies with applicable law. Misuse may lead to account suspension.

4. 04

   Prices and payment

   Prices are stated and charged in US dollars, for every customer and every country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Payment is handled by Stripe. There is no free trial: the service is available as soon as you subscribe.

5. 05

   Refunds and cancellation

   You can request a refund within 72 hours of a payment. If you have not run a scan in that time, we refund it in full. If you have run scans, we refund the unused part: we keep the value of the scans you used against your plan's monthly allowance and return the remainder. After 72 hours a billing period is not refunded, because the work it paid for has been carried out, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on the account and tell us which payment it concerns. We answer within 5 working days and pay approved refunds back to the original card through Stripe.

6. 06

   Limitation of liability

   The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the reports, and do not guarantee specific results in the AI models.

7. 07

   Intellectual property

   All content and software in ModelSaid belongs to ModelSaid. Reports you purchase may be used freely in your own business.

8. 08

   Changes

   We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the service.

9. 09

   Governing law

   The terms are governed by Norwegian law, with venue in Norway.
